How to Contact Technical Support via USWired
For your convenience, we have provided several ways to contact our Support Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Normal Business Hours
Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
You may contact us several ways:
Email – Send an email to Support@USWired.com. If your request is urgent please include the word “urgent” or “emergency” in the subject line.
Web Portal – Log into our Web Portal at https://support.uswired.com/support (using the credentials previously provided) to create a new Service Ticket. If your request is urgent please be sure to check the “Emergency” checkbox. If you forgot your credentials, please follow the instructions on the login screen, or call our Service Desk.
Phone - Call our Service Desk (408-432-1144 or toll free 877-USWIRED) and select option 2 and then option 1 for Support, or to leave a message if calling after normal business hours. If your request is urgent please choose the Emergency option, and be sure to mention a phone number where we can call you back.
