Students who request immediate shipment of their SEVIS Form I-20 from Student Affairs, International Student services must provide a pre-paid DHL Express Mail waybill via email to Jody O'Connor with as much advanced notice as possible. Most requests will be completed within 2-3 business days, and the arrival usually takes 3-5 business days.

If shipment is required due to CIIS error then CIIS shall pay for the extra shipment. DHL shipment of the initial SEVIS Form I-20 is sent at no cost to the incoming student.
